The Ben Nye Lumiere Pressed Powders are shimmery
powders that have brilliant color and outstanding
coverage. Lumiere powders are creamy to the
touch and are easy to use. Lumiere's glide over
the face and make an excellent base for any
design.
Lumiere powders are Mama Clown's favorite face
painting accessory. She uses the Lumieres for
almost every one of her designs. Lumieres are
applied dry, with a smoothie blender for maximum
effect.
Tips for using Lumiere Powders: To create a
beautiful butterfly design using the Lumieres,
(see picture gallery for step by step pictures)
use a dry smoothie blender and apply first color.
Rub smoothie blender in a circular motion over
the Lumiere powder. Smooth on the face in the
shape of a butterfly wing. Apply second Lumiere
color to the edges of the butterfly wing.
Optional: add third color to the end of the
butterfly wing. To finish the butterfly design,
simply outline the butterfly wings with your
favorite color and add body of butterfly in
the middle of the nose. Add glitter and smile!!!!
