Policy
At Silly Farm we believe in 100% customer
satisfaction. We want you to be happy with
your purchase. If you have questions about
any product or need advice about any of our
products please feel free to call us anytime.
To maintain the quality and safety of our
paints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges
on paint. If you receive the wrong paint,
we will gladly exchange the unused product
for the correct product at no cost. Sorry
but we cannot accept returns on wigs, noses,
shoes and grease make up, books, videos, or
DVD’s unless the merchandise is defective.
If you receive a video, CD, or DVD that is
defective please contact us immediately so
that we can replace the item. All returns
must be authorized first, to approve a return
please call 954-472-5000 and we will issue
a return authorization number. Please report
damages within 3 days of receiving your item
so that we can issue a replacement. Thank

Processing and
Shipping
Our goal at Silly Farm is to process and ship
your order by the end of the following business
day. In the event that one or more of your
items are on backorder you will be notified
by phone or email before you are charged.
If you wish to receive your order faster,
expedited shipping methods are available (Overnight
and 2nd day air). Shipping times are determined
by distance. These are some time estimates:
To East Coast & Midwest via UPS Ground:
Approx. 3-4 days
To Central USA and West Coast via UPS Ground:
Approx. 5-7 days
To East Coast and Midwest via Priority Mail:
2-3 days
To Central USA and West Coast via Priority
Mail: 3-5 days
Global Priority to Canada and UK: 5-7 days
Airmail to Canada and UK: 7-10 days
Global Priority to everywhere else: 7-10 days
Airmail to Australia, Africa, and Japan: 8-12
days
Shipping Rates
Our shipping calculators are correct 90% of
the time. In some cases we will adjust shipping
rates downward for smaller packages. It is
our goal to keep shipping prices down, which
is why we use both USPS and UPS shipping.
If your package is shipped via UPS you will
receive an email notification with your tracking
information. Currently tracking numbers are
unavailable for USPS shipping.
