Return Policy
At Silly Farm we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have questions about any product or need advice please feel free to call us anytime during business hours 954-472-5000.
To maintain the quality and safety of our paints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on paint. If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly exchange the UNUSED product for the correct product at no cost. If you receive a CD or DVD that is defective please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item.
Sorry but we cannot accept returns on wigs, noses, make up, books, CD’s, or DVD’s unless the merchandise is defective. The returns manager will inspect the damaged product prior to any exchange or credit.
All returns must be authorized first, to approve a return or exchange, please call 954-472-5000 and we will issue a return authorization number. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so we can issue a replacement.
If a return or exchange is not communicated to the returns department
within 3 days from the date your package is delivered. A Return will not be authorized.
If a package containing product is shipped back to Silly Farm without a return authorization number, the package will be returned at the customer’s expense.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all products with an authorized return.
Processing and Shipping
Our goal at Silly Farm is to process and ship your order within 48 business hours.
Please note we are closed on weekends. All US holidays will delay the shipment arrival time of your package. In the event that one or more of your items is on back order you will be notified by phone or email before you are charged. Once you are contacted, if we do not receive a response within 2 business days, any out of stock item will be removed from the order and the rest will be shipped. If you wish to receive your order faster, expedited shipping methods are available (Overnight and 2nd day air) your order should be placed before noon eastern time. Shipping times are determined by distance.

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the package immediately upon delivery. Do not open the package so that it can be returned to us. A claim will be filed for all damaged packages. Please note UPS does not deliver to PO BOX addresses

United States Postal Priority Mail: 3-5 business days To Central USA and West Coast
This service is Not Guaranteed. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged the post office will not accept a claim. By request only, we can insure it at an additional cost; this will depend on the weight and size of the package.
United States Postal First Class Mail: Undetermined arrival time
To East Coast and Midwest
This service does not provide a label number and is Not Guaranteed.

Priority International mail: takes 6-10 business days Priority International mail does provide a label number and can tracked but this service is Not Guaranteed. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged the post office will not accept a claim. We can insure it at an additional cost; this will depend on the weight and size of the package. International Insurance coverage is subject to both U.S. Postal Service regulations and the domestic regulations of the destination country. Insurance coverage varies by country and is not available to some countries. The addressee must report damage of an insured article's contents at their local Post Office.
Priority International Flat Rate Envelope: takes 6-10 business days please note only light weight and small flat objects can be shipped in an envelope. (Example sponges, small light weight books, stencils) This service cannot be tracked or traced and does not provide a label number. This service is Not Guaranteed. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged the post office will not accept a claim. Insurance is not offered for Priority International flat rate envelopes
Express International Mail: takes 5 business days
Unfortunately we are unable to write any special instructions for the drivers that will deliver your packages.
Free Shipping: Applies to US orders over $150. Excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Shipping methods will either be UPS Ground or Priority Mail depending on weight and size of package. Shipping method will be determined at Silly Farm's discretion.
