At Silly Farm, we believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with us. If the product you received is wrong, not satisfactory, or otherwise defective, we are here to help you.

All returns and/or exchanges must be authorized and the product must be in it's original packaging and be unused and undamaged. Silly Farm Supplies Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange. If your item arrived damaged as a result of transit, be sure to save the damaged box for insurance claim purposes with the shipping company. We require photos of all items that arrived damaged.

Important - NON-Returnable Items: Due to liability restrictions and our dedication to maintain high quality and safe products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products: Airbrush Systems, Berets, Books, Caps, CDs, Craft 'n Go Paint Stations, DVDs, Face and Body Paints, Female and Male Covers, Glitters (loose), Hats, Makeup, Noses, Practice Heads-used, Practice Pads-used, Prosthetic pieces, including but not limited to, Body FX and Woochie, Nipple Covers, and Wigs, including wig caps.

Craft ‘n Paint Stations are non-returnable.

There are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on custom-made items, including but not limited to, cases, costumes, stencils, rainbow cakes, and arty brush cakes.

To file a return and/or exchange please fill out our product returns form located below and one of our representatives will contact you shortly.

If the return and/or exchange is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. All unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted, and will be disposed of at the customer’s expense. In the event of a return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back. We will credit you the product price charged on your invoice and any applicable sales tax, minus a 20% re-stocking fees once the item is received and the return approved. Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear after the returned items have been approved. We ask that you return your items within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Code. We will be unable to accept your return after 14 days of receiving your RAC.
