At Silly Farm, we take pride in packing and shipping your orders with care. We know how fragile face and body art supplies can be, so we use protective packaging to make sure your products arrive safe and ready to use.

⚠️ Important Notice About Shipping Guarantees:

  • Only UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air offer guaranteed delivery timelines.
  • USPS delivery times are estimates only. Once a package leaves our warehouse, delays are out of our control.
  • If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend choosing UPS to avoid disappointment. It may cost a bit more, but it's worth the peace of mind.

🕒 Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during business hours.

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm EST on a weekday are typically packed and shipped same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Our shipping team operates Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm EST.

We currently ship via:

  • UPS: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air
  • USPS: Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express (U.S. and International)

 

💸 Shipping Rates & Quotes

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight and size.

To preview your shipping cost before checkout:

  1. Click the cart icon (top right)
  2. Select “Click to Estimate” in the shipping section
  3. Enter your ZIP code and submit

📍 Local Pickup (South Florida Only)

We welcome walk-ins for local pickup! Our address is:

  • Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout
  • Pickups available Monday–Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm EST
  • Please wait for your email confirmation before arriving


🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also check your tracking info anytime by logging into your account at sillyfarm.com.

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Average delivery is 5–10 business days, excluding customs clearance.

Please note:

  • We cannot alter invoices or declare lower values
  • All import taxes, VAT, and duties are the customer’s responsibility
  • For customs questions, contact your local office
  • Flat rate box shipping available starting at $23 (small) and $80 (large)
  • Small flat rate boxes are limited to $50 product value due to insurance limits

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

Certain items have limitations based on content or destination:

  • Aerosol items: Ship via ground only within the U.S.
  • Kryolan products: Available for U.S. shipping only
  • Oversized items: May require special handling or extra charges

If your order includes a restricted item, we’ll contact you with options.

 

💥 Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is missing:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and any damage
  2. Email info@sillyfarm.com with your order number and pictures
  3. Hold onto all packaging until the issue is resolved — carriers may request inspection

If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, file a claim with the carrier. We’ll assist you once that’s initiated.

Please report any issues within 3 business days of delivery.
