At SillyFarm, we take pride in carefully packing every order. Face and body art supplies can be delicate, so we use protective packaging to help ensure your products arrive safely and ready to use.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. The shipping method selected at checkout determines how long your package will take to arrive after it leaves our warehouse.

During sales, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting a UPS Air service at checkout.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are the only shipping services that offer guaranteed delivery timeframes.

USPS delivery dates are estimates only and may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Free Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping

Orders shipping within the Continental United States qualify for:

$5 Shipping on orders of $49+
Free Shipping on orders of $119+

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and contents of your order.

To view available shipping options and rates, simply enter your shipping address during checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking information.

Customers with a SillyFarm account can also view order status and tracking information by logging into their account.

Signature Required Orders

For security purposes, orders valued over $500 may require a signature upon delivery.

If you would like to request a signature waiver, please contact us before your order ships. Please note that signature waivers may affect carrier liability in the event of loss or theft.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries around the world.

International shipping availability varies by destination. To see whether we currently ship to your country and to view available shipping options, simply enter your shipping address during checkout.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Most international shipments arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, though customs delays can extend transit times.

Please note:

• We cannot alter invoices or declare lower values.
• Import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products have shipping limitations due to carrier regulations or manufacturer requirements.

Examples include:

• Aerosol products ship by ground service only within the United States.
• Kryolan products are available for shipment within the United States only.
• Oversized products may require additional shipping charges or special handling.

If your order contains a restricted item, we will contact you before shipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

At SillyFarm, every order goes through a three-step verification process during picking, packing, and shipping to help ensure all items are included before an order leaves our warehouse.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Take clear photos of the packaging and products.
• Email info@sillyfarm.com with your order number and photos.
• Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require inspection.

Please report damaged or missing items within 3 business days of delivery.

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to begin a claim. We will gladly assist with documentation and follow-up as needed.
