Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Silly Farm, we’re committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If your product is incorrect, unsatisfactory, or defective, we’re here to help make it right.
How Returns & Exchanges Work
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized before sending items back.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Silly Farm Supplies Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
If your item was damaged during shipping:
- Save the damaged box for insurance claims with the shipping carrier.
- Provide photos of the damaged item so we can assist you further.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Airbrush Systems, Berets, Caps, Hats
- Books, CDs, DVDs
- Craft 'n Go Paint Stations
- Face and Body Paints
- Loose Glitters, Makeup, Noses
- Practice Heads (used), Practice Pads (used)
- Prosthetics (e.g., Body FX, Woochie)
- Nipple Covers, Wigs (including wig caps)
Custom-made items, such as cases, costumes, stencils, rainbow cakes, and arty brush cakes, are also non-returnable.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Why? Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier for delivering your order. Once the service is provided, those costs cannot be recovered.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will include:
- Product price charged on your invoice.
- Applicable sales tax, minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds are processed within 5 days of return approval.
Return Timeline
- Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Code (RAC).
- Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the Return Authorization Date.
