Returns, Exchanges & Defects – Silly Farm Supplies
At Silly Farm, we take pride in supplying face and body artists with high-quality products they can trust. Because many of the items we sell are used directly on skin, we have to be extra careful when it comes to returns.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the policy below.

Face Paints & Cosmetic Products – Final Sale
Due to hygiene, safety, and contamination standards within the face and body art industry, all face paints and cosmetic products are final sale.

This means we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on face paints or cosmetic items for any reason, including color preference, change of mind, or artist compatibility

The only exception is a verified manufacturer defect upon arrival.
This policy helps us ensure that every product leaving our facility is safe and untouched for the next artist who receives it.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know within 5 calendar days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, email info@sillyfarm.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issu

If approved, we will happily replace the item or issue a store credit or refund, at our discretion.

Claims submitted after the 5-day window may not be eligible for resolution

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face paints and cosmetic products
  • Opened or used item
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable product

Returns on Non-Cosmetic Items
Some non-cosmetic items kit accessories or apparel may be eligible for return with prior approval.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of deliver
  • Return authorization must be received before sending anything back
  • Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
