At Silly Farm, we want you to love every item you order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll do our best to make it right.

⚠️ Important Notice: Face Paints & Certain Items Are Non-Returnable

Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, face and body paints cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.
Other non-returnable items include glitters, prosthetics, wigs, and custom-made products.

✅ How Returns & Exchanges Work

To request a return or exchange:

  • All returns must be authorized before sending items back.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Silly Farm reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

📧 Email info@sillyfarm.com with your order number and details to request a Return Authorization Code (RAC).


📦 If Your Order Arrives Damaged

If your package or product is damaged in transit:

  1. Save the box and all packaging — this is required for carrier insurance claims.
  2. Take clear photos of the damage (both box and product).
  3. Email photos and your order number to info@sillyfarm.com.

Our team will assist you in filing a claim and guide you through the next steps. Please do not discard the damaged items or packaging until we advise you.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unused:

  • Face and body paints
  • Airbrush systems
  • Berets, caps, hats
  • Books, CDs, DVDs
  • Craft 'n Go paint stations
  • Loose glitters, prosthetics, noses, makeup
  • Used practice heads or practice pads
  • Nipple covers, wigs (including wig caps)

Custom-made items, including:

  • Cases
  • Costumes
  • Stencils
  • Rainbow Cakes
  • Arty Cakes

💵 Shipping Fees & Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Approved refunds include the product price and sales tax, minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of return approval.

⏱️ Return Timeline

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Code.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the authorization date.
