Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Silly Farm, we’re committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If your product is incorrect, unsatisfactory, or defective, we’re here to help make it right.

How Returns & Exchanges Work

  • All returns and exchanges must be authorized before sending items back.
  • The product must be in its original packagingunused, and undamaged.
  • Silly Farm Supplies Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

If your item was damaged during shipping:

  1. Save the damaged box for insurance claims with the shipping carrier.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item so we can assist you further.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Airbrush Systems, Berets, Caps, Hats
  • Books, CDs, DVDs
  • Craft 'n Go Paint Stations
  • Face and Body Paints
  • Loose Glitters, Makeup, Noses
  • Practice Heads (used), Practice Pads (used)
  • Prosthetics (e.g., Body FX, Woochie)
  • Nipple Covers, Wigs (including wig caps)

Custom-made items, such as cases, costumes, stencils, rainbow cakes, and arty brush cakes, are also non-returnable.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Why? Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier for delivering your order. Once the service is provided, those costs cannot be recovered.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will include:
    • Product price charged on your invoice.
    • Applicable sales tax, minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 days of return approval.

Return Timeline

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Code (RAC).
  • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the Return Authorization Date.
