SillyFarm’s Wholesale Program is designed for qualified businesses that help expand the SillyFarm brand through specialty retail and professional markets.
Wholesale accounts are approved based on business type, sales channels, market alignment, and the ability to support the SillyFarm brand.
SillyFarm reserves the right to approve, suspend, or discontinue wholesale accounts at its sole discretion.
Wholesale Pricing & Volume Discounts
Our wholesale program offers volume-based pricing, with additional savings available on larger orders. Wholesale tiers are based on your final merchandise subtotal after the applicable wholesale discount, before shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees.

To qualify for a pricing tier, the merchandise subtotal after that tier’s applicable discount is applied must meet the minimum for that tier. Certain products, special-order items, and non-SillyFarm brands may have separate pricing or may not qualify for wholesale discounts.
Wholesale pricing and discount tiers are subject to change. Pricing in effect when an order is accepted and invoiced will apply.
Wholesale Terms & Policies
- Minimum Order: A $350 wholesale merchandise subtotal is required for all initial and repeat wholesale orders.
- Product Quantities: A minimum of 6 units per product is required for wholesale pricing unless otherwise indicated in the wholesale portal. Minimum quantities may vary by product and availability.
- Product Availability: Your wholesale portal displays the products currently available through our wholesale program. Products available on SillyFarm.com are not necessarily available for wholesale.
- Product Use: Wholesale products must be resold in their original, unopened packaging. Repackaging, relabeling, modifying, or incorporating SillyFarm products into new products for resale is not permitted.
- Rainbow & Arty Cakes: Rainbow and Arty Cakes are handcrafted. Production and fulfillment times may vary depending on order size and seasonal demand.
- Order Changes: Orders may be increased prior to processing but cannot be reduced once processing or production has begun. Additional fees may apply if changes are requested after an order has been packed.
- Cancellations: Handmade, custom, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
To maintain the integrity of the SillyFarm brand and ensure fair competition among our authorized retail partners, all wholesale customers agree to the following:
- SillyFarm products may not be advertised, promoted, or publicly offered below SillyFarm’s current published retail price.
- This policy applies to all public sales channels, including websites, online marketplaces, social media, and other publicly accessible platforms.
- Failure to comply with this policy may result in suspension or termination of wholesale purchasing privileges.
- SillyFarm reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
How to Place an Order
- Sign in to your SillyFarm Wholesale Portal.
- Browse the products currently available for wholesale.
- Add the products you’d like to order to your cart.
- Submit your order for review.
- Our team will verify your order, confirm product availability, calculate shipping, and email your final invoice within 24 hours of order placement.
- Once your invoice is paid in full, your order will move into processing.
Payment Terms
- Wholesale orders submitted through the portal are requests and are subject to review and acceptance by SillyFarm.
- A final invoice will be emailed within 24 hours of order placement and will include applicable shipping charges and qualifying volume discounts.
- Full payment is required before an order enters processing or production.
- Orders will not ship until payment has been received in full.
- Any account specifically approved by SillyFarm for alternate payment or credit terms will be subject to the payment terms stated on its invoice.
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are calculated after the order has been reviewed and are included on the final invoice.
- Orders will ship within 10 business days of full payment being received.
- Handmade or made-to-order products are included within this fulfillment window unless otherwise communicated before your order is accepted. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and unexpected carrier delays may occur.
- International shipments typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days after shipment, excluding customs processing times.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges.
Damages, Shortages & Returns
- Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
- Any shortages, shipping damage, incorrect items, or other order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
- Due to the nature of cosmetic products, wholesale merchandise is not eligible for return unless it is received damaged or was shipped in error.
Tax Exemption
- A valid resale certificate is required for all tax-exempt wholesale purchases.
- The resale certificate must match the purchasing business information associated with the wholesale account.
- Tax exemption documents are non-transferable.
- Orders without valid tax-exemption documentation on file will be charged applicable sales tax.
Order Acceptance & Account Review
Submitting an order through the Wholesale Portal does not guarantee acceptance. All wholesale orders are subject to product availability, pricing verification, account status, and final approval by SillyFarm. Our team will review your order and apply any qualifying volume discount before issuing your final invoice. If adjustments are necessary, we will contact you before issuing your final invoice.
SillyFarm periodically reviews wholesale accounts to ensure they continue to align with our wholesale program and brand standards. SillyFarm reserves the right to suspend or discontinue wholesale purchasing privileges at its sole discretion.
