Lumieres are best applied with a smoothie blender, because they distribute the powder evenly across the skin. Lumieres can also be applied on top of your face paint to add that extra POP to your designs. Apply directly the top of the paint.
To Use: Rub smoothie blender in a circle across the surface of the Lumiere and then apply directly to the skin.
To Remove: Use soap and water.
