Because the new Neon pigments have changed in color and vibrancy, there will also be a difference once applied to the skin. In an effort to improve the formula and ensure that every ingredient used in the formula is skin safe, minor color changes had to be made. Kryolan Neons will still glow under a blacklight, however under normal lighting the colors may appear less vibrant than in the past. Please consider the above when purchasing Kryolan's new formula.

To Use: Load your brush, sponge or finger with the makeup and apply directly to the skin. Blend as usual. For a smudge proof finish, gently dust with setting powder or baby powder.
To Remove: Use baby oil or makeup remover.
