How to Use
Spray a small amount directly into the palette to activate the color. Apply with a brush or makeup sponge. The activator evaporates after application, leaving the color behind.
Use only Skin Illustrator Activator, Slow Activator, or 99% alcohol with Skin Illustrator palettes.
