If the product you received is wrong, not satisfactory, or otherwise defective, we are here to help you.

All returns and/or exchanges must be authorized and the product must be in it's original packaging and be unused and undamaged. Silly Farm Supplies Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange. If your item arrived damaged as a result of transit, be sure to save the damaged box for insurance claim purposes with the shipping company. We require photos for all items that arrived damaged.
