The Silly Farm shipping department takes great pride in packing your orders. We use extra caution when shipping orders because we know that face paints can be fragile and want your box to arrive in great condition. If the product you received is wrong, not satisfactory, or otherwise defective, we are here to help you.

All returns and/or exchanges must be authorized and the product must be in it's original packaging and be unused and undamaged. Silly Farm Supplies Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange. If your item arrived damaged as a result of transit, be sure to save the damaged box for insurance claim purposes with the shipping company. We require photos for all items that arrived damaged.
