Petrol Shimmer

I was looking for Petrol Blue, as I'd heard it mentioned multiple times as an alternative for black. The Shimmer was available at the ACE23 convention. It is the perfect accent color for my paint.

For outlining a design, especially some masks, a black outlining can be a little bit too dark. This colour is perfect for giving a very simple design a little bit extra. It's beautiful to create tiger lines, outline masks and it is perfect for blending. I can truly recommend this FAB Colour.
