UV/ Neon Make Up are black light reactive. UV paints are popular to use for night club painting, Bar and Mat Mitzvahs, and when you want your body art to POP! Black light reactive paints are bright and vibrant in normal light and glow under fluorescent and ultra violet lighting. UV/ Neons paints should not be confused with Glow in the Dark make up. Glow in the dark make up does not require Blacklight/ neon lighting in order to glow but UV/ Neon paints do. They will not glow unless there is adequate UV lighting. Neon paints do not require any special additives or sealers for the paints to glow, they will glow and become reactive under Neon lighting.
